Splendor SP-1002 Neutral Silicone sealant is a one-part. Medial modulus. Neutralcuring sealant. It is an excellent adhesive ability to most construction materials without a primer.
Characteristic
A. Can be easliy used and extruded any time.
B. Excellent contact change and extrusion ability, in any air temperature(-40'C to 100'C) can extrude easily.
C. Excellent adhesion to stone, ceramics. And other building materials. It has no pollution to porous materials.
D. Outstanding weatherproofing ability, resisting to ultraviolet ray, ozone.
E. Be co***tible with all kinds of silicone structural sealant.
Use limitations
SP-1002 is not fit for structural usage. It should NOT be applied in the following
Conditions:
A. To all materials that bleed oils, plasticizers or solvents, and green or partially sulfur zed gaskets or tapes, ect.
B. In totally confined ***ce (silicone sealant need the water in the air to cure)
C. For continuous immersion in water or below-grade applications all the year.
D. To painted surfaces, may cause seal failure as the paint cracking or paint stri pping
E. To frost or wet surfaces
F. Surface touch the food directly
G. Easily suffer mechanical clash
Where to use
SP-1002 is fit for sealing all kinds of glass doors and windows.
Storage and usable life
When stored under dry and airy, 27'C or lower temperature conditions in the original nopened comtainer. SP-1002 has a shelf life of 9 months from the date of manufacture |
